Role: Retail Product Manager
Location: London, hybrid 3 days per week
Salary: £80-£85k per annum
IGA are partnered with a globally recognised luxury beauty brand on the appointment of a Retail Product Owner. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming the in-store customer experience, working across retail, digital and technology teams to deliver seamless omnichannel customer journeys.

The Role
- Own the retail technology product roadmap, aligned to business priorities
- Lead the delivery of omnichannel retail capabilities across the customer journey
- Work closely with Retail, CRM, IT and external technology partners to define and deliver new solutions
- Drive a customer-first approach, ensuring intuitive and scalable technology for both customers and store teams
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a retail or omnichannel environment
- Retail systems implementation experience is essential
- Experience working with retail technologies such as CRM, POS, booking or clienteling platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge commercial and technical teams
Hybrid role, 3 days per week in the office in London
