Job Summary

As a Retail Projects and Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores reflect the brand’s image and optimise the customer experience through effective visual presentation and store layout.

With strong project management and visual merchandising expertise, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. A proactive, goal-oriented professional, you will build lasting relationships and ensure the seamless execution of retail initiatives that enhance the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Plan and manage retail store projects, including new store openings, remodels, and maintenance.
  • Develop project timelines and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct site visits to supervise execution, monitor progress, and ensure ongoing follow-ups to maintain compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Prepare and present project status reports.

Visual Merchandising

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising (VM) strategies to enhance the customer experience for every new launch.
  • Conduct up to three daily floor walks to ensure VM standards are consistently applied and maintained.
  • Ensure onboard VM plans for every product across stores.
  • Manage special ‘Hero’ projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Manage maintenance requests, liaising with external contractors, securing cost approvals, and overseeing timely completion of all works for tm:rw and Brand Partners.
  • Find and liaise with contractors regarding samples, prototypes, and fixtures.
  • Work with in-house and freelance designers to visualise created plans.
  • Manage internal cleaning and external stakeholders (contractors, cleaners, security, catering, electricians, etc.).

Requirements and Preferences

Experience

  • 2-3 years managing retail projects.

Skills

  • Strong communication, project management, and problem solving.
  • Basic knowledge of design, 2D drawings, and proficiency with Canva is a plus.
