Role: Sales Account Manager (Retail)
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable DOE)
We're working exclusively with a globally recognised luxury British beauty brand - clinically credible, results-driven, and one of the most respected names in its category.
They're looking for a strategic Retail Sales Account Manager to own their retail partnerships and drive revenue growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning sales and profitability targets across new and existing retail accounts
- Building JBPs with key retail partners - shared growth targets, promo calendars, investment
- Leading range reviews and acting as the main point of contact for retailers
- Managing new product launch critical paths and promotional plans
- Coaching a Sales Support Executive and briefing senior leadership weekly

- 3+ years as a retail account manager, ideally in beauty, wellness, or luxury
- Strong knowledge of how major UK retailers operate (Boots, Space NK, John Lewis)
