Elevate Your Retail Career with Infinity Motorcycles!
Are you a retail professional with an eye for style, a passion for exceptional service, and a love for motorcycles? We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a friendly, reliable Retail Sales Advisor to join our team in Gloucester.
As one of the UK’s leading destinations for motorcycle gear, we’re more than a shop – we’re part of the local riding community. We’re home to a passionate, enthusiastic team who go the extra mile for every customer, offering an unbeatable range of leading motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories.

The Role: As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the face of our brand. This is a multi-faceted role for someone who enjoys variety, high standards, and the "buzz" of a sale. Your day-to-day will include: Customer Excellence: Delivering exceptional face-to-face service, understanding customer needs, and building genuine rapport to drive sales and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Learning about leading brands (full training provided) and confidently recommending the perfect helmet, clothing, or accessory for each rider. Visual Merchandising: Implementing creative displays to showcase our collections, keeping the store looking great, and inspiring customers. Store Standards: Taking ownership of stock replenishment, ensuring the floor is impeccably organised, and maintaining a clean, premium environment. Operational Support: Managing stock deliveries and maintaining back-of-house organisation to ensure a seamless customer journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
