Join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor
Earnings start at £13.50-£19 per hour. You’ll enjoy the flexibility and support you need to make an impact: be the trusted advisor, helping people make better decisions about their health, hitting targets, and delivering cracking customer service with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Please be aware that this is a self-employed position, part-time, and the hours may vary week by week based on the number of external events we have booked. We will provide the schedule of events you will be attending on Life Balance's behalf.
Full training provided. All training will be given, both in using the equipment and more general training around how Chiropractic works and how care can help people live better lives. No previous experience is necessary.

What You'll Do
- With no barriers and no doors, you'll be meeting our customers face to face in public at events, stalls, and businesses to have conversations with members of the public.
- You will spend time understanding our customer's needs to offer the best solution.
- You will engage people in a free spinal health check using our digital app and encouraging them to take advantage of our promotional offer for a full consultation in the chiropractic center.
- You will demonstrate expertise about our services through learning the skills to become the trusted advisor.
- Work 6 - 12 hours over 1-2 days including weekend work (Thursday and Saturday) (it can be more than this or less, you decide what hours you work).

The Responsibilities
- Attend events and other public locations with a screening stand to promote Life Balance Chiropractic.
- Educate the general public about Chiropractic (training provided for this) and how it can help support health, well-being, and better quality of life.
- Interact with the public on their specific health concerns and sell promotional vouchers and book clients in for an in-clinic assessment.
- Collection and drop-off of kit at pre-determined locations.
- Take payments and manage the paper trail of sales.
- Provide exceptional service and after-sales service by taking payment promptly and booking their appointment in a timely matter.
- Reporting to the management of your key metrics to monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Care for kit and ensure it is kept clean and safe.
