Location: London stores (including Selfridges, Sephora, John Lewis and Harrods)
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week)

Available through leading prestige retailers including Selfridges, Sephora, John Lewis and Harrods, we’re on a mission to become the go-to authority in the hair, lash and brow categories.
We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, self-starter Retail Sales Ambassador to represent UKLASH across our key London retail partners.
The Role
You will be the face of UKLASH in-store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, training and educating store teams, supporting with customer events and building strong relationships with retail teams. You will work across Selfridges, Sephora, John Lewis and Harrods, ensuring the brand is consistently represented to the highest standard whilst helping us achieve ambitious retail growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across all UKLASH product categories, including lash, brow and hair
- Deliver exceptional customer consultations and personalised product recommendations
- Build strong relationships with retail colleagues and management teams
- Train and educate store staff to improve product knowledge and confidence in recommending UKLASH
- Ensure fixtures and merchandising remain clean, fully stocked and visually appealing
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements
- Capture customer feedback and market insights to support future retail strategy
- Report daily sales performance, customer trends, out of stocks and competitor activity
- Support new product launches, promotional events and in-store activations
- Travel between designated London stores according to the weekly rota
- Represent UKLASH professionally at all times, acting as a true brand ambassador
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within premium beauty retail or cosmetics; ideally having worked in a Selfridges and/or Sephora
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Confident demonstrating products and engaging with customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare or haircare
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Flexible and organised with excellent time management
- Comfortable travelling between multiple retail locations
- Experience within prestige beauty brands is desirable
