Retail Sales Assistant

Part-Time Retail Team Member – Romford

Location: Romford Contract: Part-time

Salary: £12.82 per hour – Apply Now!


About the Role

This Krispy Kreme store is designed for ease and enjoyment—a cosy space where customers can relax, grab their favourite doughnuts, or take a quick break. It’s stylish, welcoming, and full of feel-good moments—and now, it could be where your career takes off.

As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face that greets guests, serves fresh doughnuts and drinks, and ensures the store runs smoothly and beautifully. Lone-working is part of the role, so you’ll need confidence handling the store independently. Applicants must be 18 or over.

With full training and support provided, all you need is a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and a passion for making every moment sweet.

What You’ll Be Doing

Join the team that spreads smiles (and doughnuts) every day! In this role, you’ll:

  • Welcome every guest with a friendly, warm smile
  • Serve delicious doughnuts and drinks with confidence and care
  • Recommend your favourite flavours and help customers find theirs
  • Keep the store fresh, stocked, and ready for the next rush
  • Assist wherever needed—whether it’s at the till, managing displays, or maintaining a clean environment
  • Enforcar a safe, clean, and fun atmosphere for guests

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is 18 or over (due to lone-working requirements)
  • Thrives on part-time flexibility and can commit to shifts including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
  • Is available Monday to Sunday
  • Has a natural passion for great customer service and bringing joy to others
  • Is positive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves
  • Brings energy, dependability, and enthusiasm to the team
