Overview

Sales Advisor (Nespresso Coffee Specialist)
John Lewis, Exeter

Pay rate: £13.45 per hour with uncapped commission potential
Work schedule: 3 days per week, Saturday, Sunday & Monday (10am - 6pm)

Are you passionate about coffee and eager to share that love with others? We have some fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisors to join our Coffee Advisor Programme - working with our premium retail client in a prestigious John Lewis department store. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement, leading in-store demonstrations, and creating exceptional brand experiences.

Your Role

  • Build strong relationships with customers by sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee.
  • Showcase Nespresso’s premium coffee machines and products, using your expertise to highlight their unique features.
  • Drive customer acquisition by converting interest into successful sales, ensuring customers leave with a memorable experience and a deeper connection to the Nespresso brand.
