Retail Sales Assistant
Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money
Location: Runcorn
Hours: 32 per week
Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus
Contract: Permanent, Part Time

As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.

What The Job Involves
- Welcoming customers, building relationships, and delivering fantastic customer service
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
- Putting your training into action, offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales
- Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets
- Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so our customers leave happy
- Working together as a team by driving performance, delivering excellence, and celebrating success together
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
