📍 Location: Basildon Store
⏰ Hours: Part-Time – 16 hours per week (over 2 days)
📅 Contract: Permanent
💷 Salary: London Living Wage
🎂 Age Requirement: 16+
🕒 Flexibility: You'll need to be available to work a mixture of weekdays, evenings, weekends and matchdays as required.

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at the West Ham United Basildon Store.

Position
👕 What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll:
- 🛍️ Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional approach.
- ⚒️ Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
- 👕 Help customers find products and answer any questions.
- 💳 Process cash and card payments accurately.
- 🏷️ Replenish stock, merchandise displays and ensure products are correctly ticketed.
- ✨ Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- 🧹 Keep both the shop floor and stockroom clean, organised and safe.
- 📈 Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- 📦 Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and stock control.
- 👀 Help reduce stock loss by remaining vigilant and reporting any concerns.
- 🤝 Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store operates smoothly.

Retail experience is desirable but not essential—we're happy to provide training for the right candidate.
