About the Role
Nespresso is seeking a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist to join our pop-up boutique in Battersea Power Station. If you possess a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment that Nespresso operates in—especially in luxury markets—this could be an excellent opportunity to contribute to the brand’s growth.

Your Impact
As the Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through:
- Exceptional service and the seamless delivery of all boutique performance elements.
- Welcoming customers and adapting to their individual needs.
- Guiding customers to find their perfect cup of coffee, while engaging in service-oriented sales that promote our unique brand experience.
- Championing Nespresso, embodying our passion for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming ambience for customers.
- Supporting sales efforts to ensure an immersive Nespresso brand experience.
- Actively engaging as a brand ambassador for Nespresso.
Requirements
Experience
- Retail experience is essential, with an advantage if gained in a luxury environment.
- Other industries may apply if you possess the required skill set for exceptional customer service.
Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – we’re looking for a confident, charismatic individual who thrives in customer-facing roles.
- The ability to rapidly build rapport with customers and provide support as needed.
