Become a Retail Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant, you’re the brand face on the shop floor—a true brand ambassador. Every day, you craft moments that make customers smile.
Your Mission
- Deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient service to every customer.
- Maintain high store standards (merchandising, cleanliness, stock replenishment).
- Operate tills accurately and handle transactions with care.
- Support deliveries, stockroom tasks, and product availability.
- Adhere to operational procedures, including health & safety and loss prevention.
- For Keyholders: Open/close store securely, manage cash & store security.
- Collaborate with team to meet targets & KPIs.
- Stay informed about promotions, products & services to assist customers.
- Embrace the brand – Passionate, professional, and welcoming in every interaction.

Skills & Behaviours That Stand Out
- Passion for great customer service.

- Experience in: Customer service/hospitality + fast-paced environments.
- For Keyholders: Experience in store opening/closing & supervisory tasks.
Keyholder Responsibilities
(Ages ≥18, with training & support)
Assignments include extra responsibility & enhanced pay—great for career growth! When in charge, you’ll:
- Open/close the store securely.
- Conduct cash-up and management duties.
