The Role: Retail Sales Assistant

Daily Responsibilities

Customer Service ✔ Deliver exceptional service—introduce, explain, guide, solve issues with kindness & patience. ✔ Know your promotions and stories (why we’ve curated these wonders). ✔ Cash handling: Master tills; restock registers to ensure smooth operations.

Operations ✔ Physical demand: Stock-heavy, stairs, midday rushes—we’ll pair training with support systems. (Can-do attitude = 10x power.) ✔ Teamwork: Stock rebalancing, cleaning, merc handling (giving our visuals wow factor) as a collaborative effort. ✔ Storage multiplex: Assist with deliveries, unpacking/organizing, product shelving.

Safety & Security ✔ Follow health and safety protocols.

Vocabulary Growth ✔ Stay updated onritto new gatherings (sales events, seasonal picks).
