Your Mission

  • Deliver friendly, efficient service to every customer – inside the rush or slow moments.
  • Maintain warehouses: clean aesthetics, product positioning and up-to-date stock.
  • Operate till accurately & professionally – knowing our full product range.
  • Help with deliveries & stockroom organisation, ensuring everyday availability.
  • Watch health, safety & loss prevention – be a decision maker for prioritization!
  • Team Gatherings: Meet weekly/bi-weekly performance targets, and KPIs
  • Use the product landscape knowledge to guide discerning customers
  • Show passion for the work we do.

Completing that module will be a gateway to maximizing responsibility - greater pay, and progressive career opportunities.

Your new role pays extra—for every shift-increase you do, you train to take on extra management tasks including: ✅ Opening & closing keyholder dealings ✅ Proper cash management & balance procedures ✅ Tackling Management tasks made easier when teams are smalled.
