The Role: Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you are the collaborative heartbeat of our stores – the brand ambassador who brings every interaction to life.

Your Mission

Key Responsibilities

✔ Proactively engage customers with genuine enthusiasm and expertise ✔ Display, stock, organise products while keeping aisles tidy and navigable ✔ Handle till operations with precision ✔ Assist with deliveries, stockroom organisation, and availability tasks ✔ Adhere to health & safety protocols and loss prevention procedures ✔ Keyholders (if applying)*: Open/close securely, manage cash, fulfil basic supervisory duties
