The Role: Retail Sales Assistant
You’re the living embodiment of our brand on the shop floor—a brand ambassador who creates memorable customer experiences daily. This mission-driven role empowers you to:
- Deliver world-class service that puts smiles on customer faces.
- Turn routine shoppers into discoverers of wonder (think new pastimes, inventive gifts, or cherished memories).
- Know our products to the point where you can help customers stumble on that unexpected treasure.
- Keep our store inviting, organised, and supermarket-trash-free.
- Work seamlessly with your team to make the store a frustrations-free haven complete with welcoming moments.
Every interaction—whether with a shopper or teammate—carries our brand’s heartbeat. Your warmth, recommendations, and curiosity creative moments send customers out with joy.
Keyholder Responsibilities
(For those over 18 with training)
If you’re 18+, we’ll train and support you to earn the privileges of being a Keyholder. That means added responsibility—and extra pay to match your efforts!
Your extra duties will include:
✧ Opening & closing the store—securing premises and tending to cash-handling duties. ✧ Supporting management tasks (e.g., minor supervisory roles). ✧ Building leadership skills from the ground up.
