About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’re The Works’ face—a true brand ambassador. Daily, you craft moments that make our customers smile. Your Mission
Ensure every customer feels seen, supported, and happy. You’ll:
✅ Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service ✅ Maintain store standards (merchandising, cleanliness, stock levels) ✅ Operate till systems accurately + handle transactions with care ✅ Help with deliveries, stock organisation, and product availability ✅ Follow health & safety protocols ✅ Enhance customer experience through great product knowledge
Role note: This can be physically demanding (stairs, moving stock), but we’re hands-on together—ask your team for help!

For Keyholders (18+): 🔑 Open/close store securely 📄 Handle cash operations 📊 Lift tasks if a manager isn’t available
Training & pay will enhance with keyholder responsibilities—40%+ pay increase when holding keys.

Keyholder Responsibilities
(For those 18+ – training & support provided!)
Small team startups happen every day—when acting as keyholder, you’ll:
🔗 Open and close stores securely per protocols 📊 Lead with responsibility when managers are unavailable 🎯 Develop skills for progression (payment increased for these duties)
