As a Retail Sales Assistant

You’re the face of our brand on the shop floor—our brand ambassadors create moments that make customers smile.

Your Mission

✅ Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. ✅ Maintain excellent store standards (merchandising, cleanliness, stocking). 💳 Handle till transactions accurately and support deliveries/stockroom. 🔐 (Keyholder role?) Opening/closing stores, cash handling, and security. 🚀 Work with your team to hit KPIs and customer satisfaction targets. 📦 Stay switched on with promotions, products, and services to help shoppers choose wisely. 💫 Always be positive, passionate, and authentic—representing our brand with every interaction.

Note: This role may require physical work (stairs/stock handling), but your team will support you!

(Keyholder applicants? Previous knowledge of store opening/closing & basic supervisory tasks is preferable.)*


Keyholder Opportunities (Age 18+ roles)

Training and support help you step into higher responsibility—becoming a de-facto manager when store teams are small.

As a Keyholder, you’ll:

  • Open/close the store securely
  • Manage daily cash handling & security
  • Gain experience running a store (great for career growth)

Enhanced pay while in this role + elite training.
