8-Hour Contract: Retail Sales Assistant (Store Fatalities ≮💡)

What You’ll Do: Responsibilities
As our brand ambassador, your everyday work reflects our impact—ensuring every shopper walks out feeling:
- Discovered: Missions met (gifts found, obsessions reignited) with effortless ease.
- Delighted: Smallness of attention magnified to lifetimes of gratitude.
- Supported: Not just as customers, but as humans who need Ian clear interactions.
- Kept Safe and Organised: Stores that run like well-rehearsed symphonies.
✨ Your core missions:
- Deliver friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service tailored to each customer.
- Maintain high-store standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, safe environments.
- Handle transactions carefully, including POS and cash management.
- Participate in deliveries, stockroom organization, and front-of-store stocking.
- Follow safety, health, loss prevention protocols.
- Ground our product value in conversations—not just items, but stories (e.g., “This puzzle will remind her of the ribbon-making”).
- Work with your team to meet sales KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
🔑 As a Keyholder (if applicable, under 18+):
- Open and close the store securely.
- Handle cashier duties through shifts.
- Take on management training opportunities.
