Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)
✅ Deliver friendly, efficient customer service—demonstrate knowledge of products and promotions. ✅ Maintain high store standards (stocking, cleanliness, safety). ✅ Operate tills accurately and handle transactions wisely. ✅ Support deliveries, stockroom tasks, and product availability. ✅ Adhere to health & safety and loss prevention policies.
As a Keyholder (if applicable):
- Open & close the store securely.
- Supervise cash handling & store security. 💡 Enhanced pay applies when holding keys—your gateway to management experience.
✅ Collaborate with your team to meet store targets. ✅ Stay updated on promotions, products & services to assist customers. ✅ Uphold our values—Crafty, Caring, Can-Do.

Note: This role is physically demanding, with tasks like managing stairs and heavy stock. Supportive teammates will assist you.
Skills That Make You Stand Out
🌟 Passion for great customer service. 🗣️ Strong communication & teamwork – always with a positive attitude. 🕒 Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work varied shifts. 💸 Comfortable using tills and handling cash. 🌟 Experience in customer service/hospitality or fast-paced environments (happy to train!). ⚖️ For Keyholders: Supervisory experience, store opening/closing responsibilities.
