Become a Retail Sales Assistant (Brand Ambassador)
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’re the face of our brand on the shop floor—a true brand ambassador. Every interaction breathes life into our values:
- Deliver exceptional service to create moments that make customers smile.
- Spark meaningful conversations by understanding their interests or shopping purposes.
- Help customers discover products they’ll love, whether for themselves or others.

Your Mission
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service.
- Maintain excellent store standards (merchandising, cleanliness, stock replenishment).
- Handle cash transactions accurately at tills.
- Support with deliveries, stockroom organisation, and product availability.
- Follow health & safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Keyholders (18+):
- Open and close the store securely.
- Cashing up and basic store security management.
- Collaborate with the team to meet targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and positivity.
The role requires physical effort—comfortability with stairs, lifting stock, and active movement. However, supportive teammates ensure you’re never alone in the effort!
Skills & Behaviours That Excel Here
- A passion for outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible (able to work varied shifts).
- Ability to use tills and handle cash confidently.
- Experience in customer service/hospitality (preferred).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (retail backdrop).
- *For Keyholders:
- Experience with store opening/closing procedures.
- Basic supervisory responsibilities.

Keyholder Responsibilities
If you’re 18+, you’ll have the opportunity to become a Keyholder—taking on enhanced responsibilities with training, support, and additional pay. While our store teams can be small, you’ll often be tasked with:
- Managing store operations when no manager is present.
- Opening and closing the store securely.
- Handling cash flow and store security accountability.
- Assuming key management tasks as they arise.
Turning 18? We’ll train you to step into this role, offering development opportunities and recognition of greater responsibility.
