The Role of Sales Assistant / Consultant
Our Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant teams are our ambassadors of memorable moments, the essence of who we are. Based at our Mamas & Papas Warrington store, we’re growing and seeking Sales Assistant(s) to join us.
Job Details
- Role: Sales Assistant / Consultant
- Location: Mamas & Papas Warrington, Europa Boulevard, Gemini, Warrington, WA5 7WG
- Hours: Flexible part-time, covering 4 days per week (including Saturdays, Sundays, or both)
- Ideal candidates: Those with experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Culture: Focused on creating unforgettable, facilitating joyful moments for customers

Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product knowledge, ensuring customers leave with confidence
- Provide personalised shopping experiences, from car seat safety consultations to pregnancy and parenting guidance
- Contribute to and host store events, such as parent-to-be workshops
- Offer warm, professional service reflecting Mamas & Papas’ compassion and care
- Help guide customers through key purchases like prams, cots, changing tables, and outfit choices
What You Bring
- A passion for infant and toddler products
- Experience in face-to-face customer service
- A genuine desire to make a difference
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Flexibility in scheduling
Requirements & Perks
