Sales Assistant / Sales Consultant (Part-Time)
About the Role
Our store teams are that warm, reassuring arm and friendly face customers rely on for incredible product insight, expertise, and trust. From personal shopping experiences and car seat consultations to in-store parent-to-be events, our teams guide customers through their unique parenting journeys—creating magical moments they’ll treasure forever, whether it’s their first pram, cot, baby changing table, or a 1st birthday outfit.
Our SALES CONSULTANT / SALES ASSISTANT team are ambassadors of these moments—the heart of our business. Based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Tamworth store, we’re expanding our family and are seeking passionate SALAES ASSISTANT(S) to join us.
Position Details
- Role: Sales Assistant / Sales Consultant
- Hours: 4 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday rotation)
- Flexibility: Open to discussing ideal shift patterns—apply to discuss what works best for you!
Ideal candidates have:
- A background in retail, sales, or customer service
- A passion for building strong customer relationships and leaving clients with lasting positive memories
