As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be key to driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our 200+ retail stores. Your role is at the heart of Majestic’s mission: curating high-quality products, delivering expert service, and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by maximising sales through KPI-focused targets and strategic upselling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Act as a VIP Concierge: proactively engage customers with product updates, tastings, and personalised recommendations.
• Sell the story, not the discount – leverage your passion for wine to educate customers and build deep product knowledge.
• Develop expertise in our wine portfolio, aiming towards WSET Level 2 qualification.
• Uphold store standards – ensure physical appearance and maintenance remain spotless internally and externally.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including:
  • Delivering wine to customers.
  • Merchandising stock.
  • Conducting customer calls to identify sales opportunities.
• Identify and implement store improvements, collaborating with your team to optimise performance.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, safety protocols, and mandatory training.
• Embody Majestic’s ways of working and support junior team members while reporting to management.
