About the Role
The role of a Retail Sales Associate at Vuori is to forge meaningful connections with customers while embodying the brand’s values through expert product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging attitude.
What You’ll Do
Create an Unforgettable Customer Experience
- Forge lasting relationships with customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to deliver exceptional service for every customer.
- Greet customers warmly, authentically and punctually.
- Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes efficiently and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback about style and fit.
- Be your own business ambassador by championing customer needs and brand integrity.

Drive Sales in a Team-Based Environment
- Meet sales targets in a commission-driven team setting.
- Continuously expand your product knowledge across fashion and activewear industries to meet customer needs.
- Support project completion while prioritising the customer experience.
- Communicate inventory needs to optimise business performance.
Support Store Operations
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked nightly.
- Collaborate with management on inventory control and daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, including floors, fitting rooms, mirrors, bathrooms and merchandise display aesthetics.
- Manage cash control procedures including deposits, petty cash, and reconciliations.
- Uphold merchandising visual standards to align with brand identity.
- Immediately address and report any product concerns.
