About the Role
The role of a Retail Sales Associate at Vuori is to forge connections with customers while communicating Vuori’s brand values through insightful product knowledge and a happy, optimistic outlook.
What You’ll Get to Do
Customer Experience
- Create an unforgettable customer experience.
- Forge lasting relationships with customers.
- Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
- Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
- Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback regarding merchandise style and fit.

Sales & Business Focus
- Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
- Seek out new product knowledge—both within the broader fashion landscape and activewear—to serve as a customer expert.
- Assist in completing projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
- Communicate inventory needs to support the business goals.
Operations
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
- Collaborate with management in inventory management.
- Maintain a clean retail store—including floors and bathrooms.
- Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining merchandising/visual directives.
- Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organised, and visually accurate at all times.
- Identify and promptly communicate any product concerns.

- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to positively and proactively resolve customer concerns.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner in adopting new procedures and processes.

The hourly range for this role is £14.30, plus team pooled commission.
