About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate at Vuori, you’ll connect with customers while embodying our brand values through stellar product knowledge, infectious positivity, and genuine charm.
Your Responsibilities
Creating Unforgettable Customer Experiences
- Build meaningful relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the team to exceed expectations for every guest who walks through the door.
- Enhance the customer journey by greeting guests warmly, assisting with fittings, and sharing expert styling advice.
- Find the perfect size, ensure fitting rooms are ready, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback to guide customers to their ideal look.
Driving Sales in a Team-Oriented Environment
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through a team-based commission structure.
- Stay ahead of fitness and activewear trends to become a go-to expert in our product.
- Support store projects while keeping customers at the centre of every decision.
- Communicate inventory and stocking needs to ensure optimal retail operations.

Maintaining a High-Performing Retail Space
- Restock and reorganise the sales floor daily to ensure a smooth, inviting experience.
- Work alongside management to manage stock, cleanliness, and store presentation.
- Execute cash handling procedures, including deposits, petty cash, and receipt processing.
- Adhere to all merchandising/visual guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Address and resolve product concerns—big or small—in a timely manner.
