Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Portland Leather Goods

Portland Leather Goods started in 2016 after founder Curtis Matsko noticed a gap in the market. Prior to establishing this successful brand, there was little opportunity to own a simple, well-designed, affordable bag crafted from high-quality, full-grain leather.

Even when the design and price were right, the leather’s feel and appearance often fell short—the only way to experience real, high-quality leather was to spend an exorbitant sum. But, that’s where our story begins.

We’ve changed that. Now, Portland Leather Goods makes full-grain leather bags for everyone. Aesthetically pleasing baskets of versatile, functional, and stylish leather accessories for everyday needs.

Company Commitments

At Portland Leather Goods, we are:

✅ Equal Opportunity Employers

Operational, Logistical & Compliance Note

This position requires employees to reside in the state where the retail store is located (Michigan).
