As a Retail Sales Consultant at ELEMIS, you’ll drive retail performance through exceptional client engagement, expert product knowledge, and a highly personalised, consultative approach.

You’ll create elevated, results-focused retail experiences that build long-term client loyalty and maximise every sales opportunity. Using your skincare expertise and ELEMIS consultation tools, you’ll confidently guide clients to the right products and routines for their individual needs.

You’ll play an important role in growing a strong and engaged client base—ensuring every interaction supports conversion, retention, KPI achievement, and brand advocacy, while bringing the ELEMIS brand to life in a premium retail environment.

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Create personalised, engaging client interactions that drive conversion and retail performance
  • Confidently approach and engage clients, using effective questioning and active listening to understand their needs
  • Provide tailored product recommendations that support individual skincare goals
  • Ensure every client experience is professional, welcoming, and results-focused

  • Drive sales and commercial performance

  • Maximise every interaction to increase sales, average transaction value, and overall counter results

  • Take ownership of achieving and exceeding personal KPIs

  • Build, manage, and grow a loyal client base through consistent engagement and follow-up

  • Encourage repeat purchases and long-term skincare routines to strengthen client retention

  • Use consultation expertise and technology

  • Carry out in-depth skincare consultations, including HD skin scans

  • Assess skin concerns and recommend tailored skincare routines

  • Use insights to build trust and support confident purchasing decisions

  • Follow up with clients to review results and maintain engagement

  • Champion product knowledge and brand standards

  • Maintain strong knowledge of ELEMIS products, ingredients, and routines

  • Stay up to date with new launches, innovations, and trends

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, credibility, and enthusiasm

  • Ensure the counter reflects a consistently premium retail environment

  • Build relationships and brand advocacy

  • Passionate about skincare, retail, and delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Experienced in luxury retail, sales, or beauty environments
  • Confident in a consultative selling approach and making personalised recommendations
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a KPI-driven environment
  • Skilled at building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat business
  • A clear communicator who can engage and build trust with a wide range of clients
  • Comfortable using (or open to learning) skincare technology
  • Motivated to deliver results while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • A positive and inclusive team player who values diversity and different perspectives
