Retail Sales Designer

Retail Sales Designer at Wren Canterbury Showroom

About The Role

We’re excited to introduce our brand new Canterbury showroom, opening later this year! We’re seeking Retail Sales Designers to join our team. You’ll manage all aspects of the Wren customer journey, from designing inspirational kitchens and bedrooms to securing sales—experience in this area isn’t mandatory, but driving results and working proactively is key.

This is a 40-hour-per-week role, with a starting salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, delivering an average total earnings potential of £50k.

While the showroom isn’t yet open, you’ll train and support our existing teams in one of our local showrooms. But be ready: The role will include a one-week residential training at our academy in Barton-upon-Humber.

What Wren Offers

  • World-class training: Master our products, sales systems, and customer service standards.
  • Uncapped earnings potential: Hit your targets, hit your potential.
  • Commission during annual leave: Keep earning while you reset.
  • £35.80 reimbursement annually for eye care (Glasses / contact lenses).
  • EE discount: Over 50% off mobile plans, smartphones, and devices.
  • Refer a friend scheme: Forgive yourself by earning rewards for joining friends.
  • Fantastic internal progression opportunities across Wren.
  • Staff discount begins after your first year with us.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
