Retail Sales Designer – Watford Showroom
About The Role
We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Watford Showroom!
You’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and managing the end-to-end Wren journey. While kitchen or bedroom design experience is not essential, we’re looking for a target-driven, proactive approach.
This role offers 40 hours per week, with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, offering an OTE of £50k.

Main Responsibilities
- Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales
- Promote additional products and services, including financial options and installation support
- Follow up on all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure customers receive world-class service from start to finish
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank, keeping in touch with each customer
In addition, Health and Safety responsibilities must be understood and adhered to, as outlined in the integrated IMS Responsibilities document.
About You

- Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable
