Retail Sales Designer
About The Role
We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Reading Showroom!
You’ll be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs
- Managing the Wren journey end-to-end
Previous kitchen or bedroom design experience is not essential, but we need a target-driven, proactive individual with determination to succeed.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers:
- A basic salary of £26,440
- Uncapped commission, with potential earnings up to OTE £50k

Main Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting kitchen and bedroom concepts to inspire customers
- Upsell additional products and services, including financing and installation options
- Ensure timely follow-up on all customer enquiries
- Deliver a world-class customer journey from start to finish
- Maintain an up-to-date order bank, keeping all customers engaging and informed

About You:
We seek candidates with these desirable skills and attributes:
- Retail sales experience (ideally with incentive-based targets)
- A creative and detail-oriented mindset
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
