Retail Sales Designer

About The Role

We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Reading Showroom!

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs
  • Managing the Wren journey end-to-end

Previous kitchen or bedroom design experience is not essential, but we need a target-driven, proactive individual with determination to succeed.

This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers:

  • A basic salary of £26,440
  • Uncapped commission, with potential earnings up to OTE £50k

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting kitchen and bedroom concepts to inspire customers
  • Upsell additional products and services, including financing and installation options
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all customer enquiries
  • Deliver a world-class customer journey from start to finish
  • Maintain an up-to-date order bank, keeping all customers engaging and informed

About You:

We seek candidates with these desirable skills and attributes:

  • Retail sales experience (ideally with incentive-based targets)
  • A creative and detail-oriented mindset
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
