Retail Sales Designer – Carlisle Showroom
About The Role
We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Carlisle Showroom.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs
- Managing the end-to-end Wren journey
Kitchen or bedroom design experience is not essential. An enthusiastic, target-driven, and proactive approach is key to exceling in this role.
This role offers:
- 40 hours per week
- Basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission
- OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £50k

Main Responsibilities
- Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that result in converted sales
- Promote additional products and services, including financial options and installation
- Follow up on all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure every customer enjoys a world-class journey from start to finish
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank, while keeping in touch with customers throughout their journey
Additionally, you must adhere to all Health and Safety policies outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge
✅ Previous experience working in a sales-targeted retail environment (desirable but not essential) ✅ A creative mindset with an eye for detail ✅ A commitment to customer satisfaction ✅ Availability to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
