Retail Sales Executive – Midlands (Midlands Office-Based)

We’re growing our sales team in the Midlands – join one of the UK’s fastest-growing curry brands!

The Role

As Retail Sales Executive, your mission is to:

  • Grow sales with existing retail customers
  • Build strong relationships across your sales territory
  • Create new business opportunities and secure new accounts
  • Develop a trusted personal brand as your customers’ go-to supplier
  • Support co-op and symbol group partners in their goals
  • Merchandise freezers and optimise in-store execution of our products
  • Run tastings and assist with new store launches
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
  • Strengthen our LinkedIn presence – share wins, grow connections, and help scale the brand

Requirements & Attributes

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Learns quickly and takes responsibility for their development
  • Enjoys prospecting and converting leads into repeat customers
  • Understands that relationships = long-term growth
  • Lives their brand online – active on LinkedIn, professional presence, visible in the industry
  • Pushes himself/herself with energy, initiative, and a ‘can-do’ mindset

Essential

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
  • Must have access to your own vehicle

Ideal Qualities

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Driven, sociable, and resourceful.
