We’re growing our sales team in the Midlands- join one of the UK’s fastest-growing curry brands.
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Executive based in the Midlands to help drive growth across the Midlands.
This could be a great first role for someone who has recently finished university or college and wants to build a career in sales.
This is a hands-on field sales role for someone who loves being out with customers, building relationships and building their own personal brand in the trade, someone approachable, trusted and known for making things happen.
You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for attitude, energy, confidence with people and a willingness to learn.
At Praveen Kumar – Authentic Indian Cuisine, we’re now in 800+ stores nationwide and growing fast, and we’re looking for someone hungry to be part of that journey.

The role
- Grow sales with existing retail customers
- Build strong relationships across your territory
- Create new business opportunities
- Develop your own personal brand as a trusted partner to customers
- Support co-op and symbol group partners
- Merchandise freezers and improve in-store execution
- Run tastings and support new store launches
- Represent the brand at trade shows and events
- Be active on social platforms like LinkedIn to build connections, share wins and help grow the brand
We’re looking for someone who
- Is willing to learn quickly and grow with the role
- Enjoys prospecting and turning leads into customers
- Understands that relationships drive long-term growth
- Wants to be visible, approachable and build a name in the trade
- Is active on social media, especially LinkedIn, and enjoys building a professional presence
- Has energy, initiative and a make-it-happen mindset

Package
- £27 500 to £30 000 + very good performance bonus
