Retail Sales Manager
Retail Sales Manager – Expand Cosentino’s Presence in the Hook Territory

We're currently seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence across Hook.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Cosentino’s market presence and building long-term partnerships across your territory.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Generating demand
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Working closely with industry professionals such as:
- Kitchen & Bath retailers
- Fabricators
- Interior designers
- Home improvement professionals
- Builders and contractors
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Drive Sales Growth
- Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
- Present and promote Cosentino’s products and value proposition to key stakeholders
- Generate demand through strategic engagement with customers and industry partners

🤝 Build Strong Customer Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring profitable partnerships
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions aligning with their business goals
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling:
- Quotations
- Sales follow-ups
- CRM data management
- Regular customer visits
- Provide customers with access to marketing tools, samples, displays, and promotional materials
📈 Develop Market Insights & Business Strategy
- Create actionable plans to drive growth and optimize territory performance
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments
- Collaborate with:
- General Manager
- Sales Team
- Cosentino Centers
- Corporate teams
- Strengthen brand visibility through:
- Showroom displays
- Point-of-sale initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4+ years in sales, business development, account management, or field merchandising
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and driving commercial growth
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in commercial projects

Industry Knowledge
- Preferable experience in:
- Stone, surfaces, building materials, kitchen & bath, or interior design industries
- Knowledge of fabrication, distribution, or retail channels is a strong advantage
- Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
Education
- High School Diploma / GED (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
