ABOUT RIXO:

A rail of vintage dresses. A London flat. Two best friends who wanted to build the brand they couldn't find. That was 2015. Today, RIXO is six stores across London, New York, and Ireland, known for original hand-painted prints, bias-cut silhouettes, and sizing up to a UK 26. We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be a service leader and RIXO brand ambassador, leading by example on the shop floor and driving sales performance through clear ownership of KPIs and targets. You will support store management in delivering strong commercial results by maximising conversion, ATV and repeat business, ensuring no sales opportunity is missed.

You will develop and motivate your team to consistently achieve individual and store targets, using coaching, feedback and a daily focus on performance to build confidence and capability. With a strong clienteling mindset, you will grow a loyal RIXO community, turning meaningful client relationships and the spirit of #HumansOfRIXO into sustained commercial success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales:

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience that reflects the RIXO brand DNA, building long-term client loyalty.
  • Take shared ownership of day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Demonstrate a strong clienteling mindset, actively building and maintaining a loyal client base to drive repeat business.
  • Support, motivate and guide Sales Associates to achieve store and individual KPIs, fostering a performance-driven yet inspiring environment.
  • Partner with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to plan, drive and execute in-store events and brand activations.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, leading by example on the shop floor to maximise every client interaction.
  • Support in executing VM guidelines and ensuring the store is visually prepared ahead of new collection launches.
  • Oversee stock management, demonstrating strong attention to detail and quick adaptation to internal tools.
  • Support administrative tasks including trade reporting and clear communication with the store team and wider RIXO stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
