Fragrance Specialist
Based: Selfridges, London
Full Time - 5 days per week

Responsibilities:
- To ensure individual targets and key performance indicators are monitored and met each month
- Maintain housekeeping and brand visual merchandising standards
- Ensure excellent customer experience is always executed and handle customer feedback promptly and courteously
- Assisting business managers and stock control manager to maintain stock level and integrity
- Take full direction from management and respond efficiently and promptly to requests and directions
- Develop a thorough product knowledge and always maintain a professional image and attitude as a brand ambassador
- Develop clienteling and client loyalty
- Ensure that daily reports and monthly reports are properly completed and submitted on time. Assist managers to acquire retail figures for weekly report
- Adhering to all policy and guidelines given by the company and the store(s) in which you work

Experience:
- Previous retail experience of selling a luxury fragrance brand essential.
