Retail Security Officer – Tesco Partnership (Full-Time Permanent)
Location: Tesco Hornsea (HU18 1RE)
Pay: £13.47 per hour / Monthly Pay
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shifts: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 15:00–23:00
Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence and have own vehicle (no public transport)
About The Role
Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is looking for a professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join the team at Tesco Hornsea.
In this role, you will provide a strong and visible security presence within a customer-focused retail environment, helping to protect customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
- Monitoring premises and responding to incidents and emergencies
- Completing accurate reports and recording observations
- Monitoring CCTV systems (where authorised)
- Supporting store management and colleagues as required
- Delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers when needed

What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full 5-year checkable work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound judgement
- Calm under pressure
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential
- Own transport is essential

Additional Information
- You will be required to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
- You will receive a contract of employment from your employer directly
