Retail Security Officer
We’re looking for a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to join our team in Westwood, helping to protect our people, products, and store environment while delivering a safe and welcoming experience for customers.
This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening, and weekend shifts—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being an integral part of the store team.

- Prevent loss

What you’ll be doing
- Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent, and report incidents
- Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
- Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
- Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft, and fraud
- Engaging confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively

We’re seeking someone who is:

- Able to follow procedures and remain composed in challenging situations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations professionally

Note: Similar security experience isn’t essential—just enthusiasm and reliability.
