Having joined B&M Retail in Park Centre / Boucher Road, you’ll help protect our people, products, and store environment while ensuring customers experience a safe, welcoming environment.
This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility to work across daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Ideal for those seeking variety responsibility, and an integral part of the store team.

As a Retail Security Officer, you’ll carry significant responsibility, playing a critical role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help:

Responsibilities
- Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent, and report incidents
- Operating and reviewing CCTV systems in line with company policies
- Supporting Health & Safety procedures
- Conducting investigations into stock loss, theft, and fraud
- Engaging confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues to resolve situations calmly and effectively

Requirements
We’re looking for a confident, composed professional with:
