Retail Security Relief Officer – Tesco Partnership
Location: Rushden (NN10 9JR)
Pay: £13.72 per hour Hours: 0–48 hours per week (flexible, rota-based) Shifts: 06:00–00:00 (varied start & end times) Pay Frequency: Weekly (via HIVE 360 Payroll)
About The Role
Kingdom Group is recruiting for Retail Security Relief Officers to assist Tesco stores in Rushden.
This flexible relief role suits candidates who can adapt to dynamic shifts and changing store needs. You’ll ensure safety, security, and a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff while representing the Kingdom brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store patrols to maintain safety
- Act as a visible deterrent against theft and anti-social behaviour
- Monitor activity and respond promptly to incidents
- Complete thorough incident reports
- Support Tesco colleagues in smooth operations
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure

Requirements
Must have:
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
- Full, checkable 5-year work history
- UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle (essential for shifts)
- Willingness to travel when required
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous security experience
