Retail Security Relief Officer – Tesco Partnership
Location: Redcar (TS10 2AA)
Pay: £13.47 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday)
Hours: 0–48 hours per week (as per rota)
Shifts: Monday–Sunday, various shift times (rota-based)
Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence
About The Role
Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to support a BWS store in Redcar.
We are looking for confident, professional, and reliable individuals to provide a strong and visible security presence.
This is a flexible role where you will help protect customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour Monitoring premises and responding to incidents and emergencies Completing accurate reports and recording observations Supporting store management and colleagues as required Delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers where needed

Additional Information
This is a BWS (Beer, Wine & Spirits) store, meaning alcohol sales can only take place when a Security Officer is on site Attendance and punctuality must be exceptional – the store relies on you being on time for every shift You will be required to provide a full five-year checkable employment history You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services This role is initially on a temporary basis There may be opportunity to move onto a permanent contract Full flexibility is required due to varying shift times
