The Role

Support our team in overseeing event set-up, maintenance, furniture, fixtures, and wall installations—ensuring every Luxury House event meets the highest standards of functionality and presentation.

Mission

To ensure smooth retail operations by handling maintenance, furniture repairs, and wall set-ups—maintaining brand standards while supporting fast-paced event environments.

Responsibilities

Event Support & Maintenance

  • Perform basic furniture repairs and adjustments within the store
  • Assist in wall set-ups, fixtures, fittings, and visual merchandising installations
  • Assemble, move, and dismantle display furniture and retail equipment
  • Ensure all tasks are completed safely, cleanly, and efficiently, with minimal disruption to the venue
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
  • Use tools and equipment in compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Promptly identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management

Essential Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, retail, or similar roles
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, saws, etc.)
  • Good physical fitness, able to lift and move heavy fixtures safely
  • Health & safety awareness, especially in customer-facing settings
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet dynamic event demands

Desirable (Bonus Skills)

  • Retail or showroom experience
  • Basic carpentry, DIY, or handyman skills
  • Experience in visual merchandising or store fixture set-ups
