Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team, drawing on Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly resolve issues and efficiently delegate tasks
- Foster a positive environment where colleagues can succeed together
- Cover for the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager when needed
- Ensure operational smoothness—handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences every shift
Requirements
- Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong task delegation and team motivation skills
- Remains calm under pressure with a patient, friendly demeanour
- Passion for teamwork and store excellence
- A proactive, encouraging approach to support colleagues and operations
