Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support your team, drawing on Leadership and Company Principles
  • Swiftly resolve issues and efficiently delegate tasks
  • Foster a positive environment where colleagues can succeed together
  • Cover for the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager when needed
  • Ensure operational smoothness—handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences every shift

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong task delegation and team motivation skills
  • Remains calm under pressure with a patient, friendly demeanour
  • Passion for teamwork and store excellence
  • A proactive, encouraging approach to support colleagues and operations
