About the Role
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll oversee daily operations to maintain our high standards. From leading your team to ensuring smooth shop floor operations, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment while developing your leadership career.

Key Responsibilities
• Motivate and support your team using Lidl’s Leadership Principles • delegate tasks and resolve problems swiftly • Foster a team environment where colleagues can succeed • Operate as deputy to the Store Manager when absent • Ensure smooth management of:
- Freshness standards
- Cash processes
- Inventory and stock • Deliver a superior customer experience every visit
Requirements
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong ability to delegate tasks and motivate staff • Patience and professionalism with a friendly, calm approach • Passion for collaborating and excelling as part of the store team • Proactive mindset for supporting colleagues and store operations
