Retail Shift Manager

£15.45 – £15.95 per hour | 35+ hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and support your team, aligned with Lidl’s Leadership & Company Principles
  • Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
  • Foster a positive文化 where colleagues can excel together
  • Manage Store, Operations & Team in the absence of the Store Manager/Deputy
  • Ensure freshness, stock management, cash flows and customer service run smoothly
