Retail Shift Manager
£15.45 – £15.95 per hour | 35+ hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll drive excellence across the store every day. From leading your team to ensuring seamless operations, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Earn a competitive pay rate, including:
- £2.00 extra/hour for bank holidays
- £3.50 extra/hour for night shifts

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support your team, aligned with Lidl’s Leadership & Company Principles
- Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
- Foster a positive文化 where colleagues can excel together
- Manage Store, Operations & Team in the absence of the Store Manager/Deputy
- Ensure freshness, stock management, cash flows and customer service run smoothly
