Retail Shift Manager – Various Shifts | £15.45 - £15.95 per Hour | 30-Hour Contract
Summary
- Pay: £15.45 – £15.95/hour
- Bank holiday shifts: +£2.00 extra per hour
- Night shifts: +£3.50 extra per hour
- Holiday: 30–35 days (pro rata)
- Bonus: 10% in-store discount

About the Role
Here at Lidl, we’re all about teamwork and ambition. This Retail Shift Manager position is perfect for someone who enjoys the fast-paced environment of retail, loves supporting colleagues, and wants to make a real difference.
You'll be a key part of running the store efficiently and successfully, stepping up in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager. With the right mindset and support, this role is a great stepping stone toward future leadership within Lidl.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Accountability
- Motivate and support your team, embedding Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles in your approach
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Provide a supportive and collaborative atmosphere for colleagues to thrive
Store Operations & Customer Success
- Oversee the running of the store, covering inventory, cash processing, and freshness standards
- Handle stock management and ensure all operational processes run smoothly
- Deliver the best possible shopping experience for our customers every day
