In this dynamic role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining Lidl’s high standards. From inspiring your team to taking the lead on the shop floor, you’ll ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You’ll serve as a trusted leader, enabling you to prove your capabilities and lay the groundwork for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and mentor your team using key Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks efficiently
- Create a collaborative environment where colleagues thrive alongside you
- Step into leadership when the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager is unavailable, managing day-to-day store operations
- Ensure smooth operations through:
- Freshness checks_ (maintaining high standards)
- Cash processes and financial accuracy
- Inventory and stock management
- Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing every customer visit
Requirements
You’re the person for this role if you:
- Have experience in leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excel at delegating tasks and motivating your colleagues
- Stay calm under pressure, even in high-stress situations
- Passionately commit to growing your role within the Store Team
- Adopt a proactive, encouraging mindset, helping colleagues develop and improving store operations
