£15.45 - £15.95 per hour | 16 - 35 hour contract | Shifts: 5am - 11pm |

What You’ll Do
- Motivate and support your team, aligning with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles
- Delegate tasks efficiently and resolve challenges swiftly
- Foster an environment where colleagues feel empowered to succeed
- Assume authority in managing store operations, inventory, stock, and cash processes in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences—ensuring freshness, efficiency, and service excellence
