Retail Shift Manager

Retail Shift Manager – Lidl

£15.45 - £15.95 per hour | 16 - 35 hour contract | Shifts: 5am - 11pm |

What You’ll Do

  • Motivate and support your team, aligning with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and resolve challenges swiftly
  • Foster an environment where colleagues feel empowered to succeed
  • Assume authority in managing store operations, inventory, stock, and cash processes in the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences—ensuring freshness, efficiency, and service excellence
